Earth day elixirs

The first Earth Day was held in April 1970 and was organized by Senator Gaylord Nelson who forced the issue onto national agendas because there were no regulations to protect our environment. We still have a long way to go!

Join us at Old Dog Tavern Thursday, April 21, 2022, and let's celebrate the earth in elixir fashion to learn better ways to create a sustainable at-home bar! Join Angie Jackson, aka "The Traveling Elixir Fixer" at Old Dog Tavern to discover and explore new and innovative ways to recycle and utilize food waste when crafting at-home drinks. Together we can put an end to food waste by utilizing our ingredients further.

You will sample four cocktails (equivalent to two cocktails), take home the recipes and have the knowledge to apply these sustainable practices in your own home. It's not only good for our planet, but also for our financial well-being.
